Shipping Policy
We ship all orders within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). You’ll get an email once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary by order size and delivery method. Any eligible promotions will automatically adjust the shipping price.
We carefully pack every order to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. Once it’s with the courier, they take care of delivery. If anything goes wrong in transit, just reach out to us and we’ll help you quickly — whether that’s replacing your order or sorting it out.
Please check your shipping details carefully. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace or refund the item. If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and reship or refund if confirmed.
Orders are securely fulfilled and shipped through Amazon Shipping or Australia Post. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to replace or refund the item as soon as possible.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used cosmetics. If you have unopened, unused products and wish to return them, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss options.
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or doesn’t match the description. Apsley Studio will always comply with these rights.
